A training course for the development of university leaders and human resources leaders

Organized the Continuing Education Center at Al-Qalam University College. Today, Sunday (6/25/2023), a training course for the development of university leaders and human resource leaders on the grounds of the College Deanship Hall. In the presence of the administrative assistant, Prof. Dr. Karim Najm Khader, and the participation of the directors and heads of the administrative and scientific departments and officials of the divisions and units in the Deanship of the College.

Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Farhan Chit, Director of the Continuing Education Center at the Northern Technical University in Mosul, lectured at the course.

The program aims to rehabilitate the capabilities of university leaders and human resources within the Ministry’s center and its affiliated formations. By defining the requirements for developing the performance of those leaders in the light of administrative empowerment.

The program helps to develop leadership capabilities, Starting with promising leaders, new leaders and persons expected to assume leadership positions in the future, and then current leaders who are already performing leadership functions, second-line leaders and those entrusted with advanced leadership tasks, And ending with people in advanced leadership positions and strategic leaders.
