Department of Computer Technology Engineering
General description of the Department of Computer Technology Engineering
The Department of Computer Technology Engineering is a technical engineering department whose inputs are from graduates of the preparatory school in its scientific branch exclusively, in addition to graduates of the vocational and information technology branches. The department aims to graduate technical engineers with scientific experience who are able to design and implement computer-based systems in their work and are familiar with various computer technologies.
The student studying in this department, starting from the third stage, specializes in a precise specialization, which is either (computer communication networks) or (computer electronics), and his curricula in the last two years are focused on preparing specialized technical engineers within these two directions.
-
computer electronics engineering
-
computer communication network engineering
Vision
To be a leading department in its general specialization, computer technology engineering, and works to provide expertise and technical and technical advice to the community by preparing qualified engineers in its approved specialties.
the message
Preparing qualified technical engineers armed with knowledge and able to meet the requirements of the labor market in the field of computer communication network engineering techniques, specializing in computer electronics technology engineering.
Aims
-
Graduating technical engineers with a high level of understanding, knowledge and technical preparation capable of dealing with and maintaining computers, computer networks, computerized electronic systems and computer control.
-
Implementation of a solid academic program to provide the student with the scientific and technical foundations required to achieve the scientific and technical level and according to the student’s general and precise specialization in order to achieve the goal written in (1).
-
Encouraging the student to pursue entrepreneurial work and self-development through graduation projects and development courses, participating in open scientific activities, and holding courses to attract distinguished among them and cultivate a spirit of creativity and scientific competition among them.
