Legal Division
The Legal Division performs many legal tasks and duties that deal with all legal issues related to the College, and these tasks are entrusted to the units formed within the Division. Where the legal division consists of three units
Contracts and Consulting Unit
It is one of the important units in the Legal Division, as it is responsible for everything related to contracts and their legal drafting, as well as assigning them to provide legal advice to the College and its institutions

Contracts / It is concerned with regulating work contracts, including guard contracts and work contracts, by concluding the contract
Consultations / This unit provides legal opinion and advice for the benefit of the college, where the staff of this unit clarify laws and instructions and apply them in practice, where the presidency of the college and its institutions request legal opinion on many legal issues in accordance with the laws, regulations and instructions
This unit also conducts administrative investigations, organizes the minutes of the investigation committees and completes them within the time specified for them, taking into account the formality and objectivity in forming these committees in accordance with the provisions of the State and Public Sector Employees Discipline Law No. (14) of 1991 as amended and the laws and instructions in force
Claims and Acquisition Unit
Litigation / It is concerned with preserving the college’s rights by reviewing the competent courts, police stations, and the Integrity Commission, whether the college is a plaintiff or a plaintiff, and following all methods of litigation before the competent courts of all kinds
Acquisition / concerned with the acquisition of real estate for the benefit of the college in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (12) of 1981 with a review of the departments concerned with acquisition, including the departments of urban planning, the governorate, the Authority for Resolution of Property Disputes, the Real Estate Registration Department and the General Tax Authority
rights unit
The Rights Unit / It is one of the important units that organizes an important aspect of the college’s dealings with others or its relationship with its employees. The duties of this unit appear through organizing the guarantees and pledges related to the college’s work. This unit includes
Undertakings and warranties / Where it organizes the guarantees and pledges related to the work of the college, where it is responsible for organizing the guarantees that the college needs, and the Legal Division formulates the guarantee according to its subject
Notifications and warnings / This unit receives notifications from the judicial informant in the event that lawsuits are instituted against the institution by others for any reason whatsoever. During the signature and seal of the Director of the Legal Division on the second copy of the notification, which is returned to the amount, and the second copy is handed over to the university with its escort
As for the warnings, this unit sends warnings in many cases that may be related to the subject of a contract or if the contracting party breaches its obligations towards the college, or the warning may be directed to one of the members of the college itself who has violated the duties of work or who left the work without returning what he owed from the materials And devices he had previously received, or the warning might be addressed to one of the company’s debtors for a certain amount of money, and other reasons that call for issuing warnings
