The Department of Law at Al-Qalam University College organized Today is Tuesday (4/4/2023). Practical symposium entitled (Procedures for the formation of the virtual court). In order to enhance the legal thinking of students and in order to allow them to know the application of the law in court papers.
And in the presence of the Dean of the University College of Pen, Prof. Dr. Latif Saeed Barzanji, the Head of the Law Department, Dr. Ali Shihab Ahmed, and a group of distinguished professors and university students.
The (virtual court) was supervised by Dr. Iyad Mahmoud Jassem Al-Daghash, a lecturer in the Law Department. And accompanied by the teacher, Hero Ahmed Ali, and with the participation of a group of students of the department.
Barzanji praised the distinguished organizational role of the court. He affirmed his continuous support for such important activities that enhance the public benefit of our dear students and introduce them to the roles of the members of the court and the nature of its work.
Al-Daghash revealed that the idea of the court is similar to the procedures of trial or pleading in the courts. Where students are involved in this virtual reality in order to train them, which qualifies them and encourages them to do these legal jobs after graduation. They obtain a bachelor’s degree in law and thus practice it, especially the legal profession.
