Division goals
The Registration Division aims to take care of students and everything related to them from technical or administrative issues, starting from registration and acceptance of the student at the university until his graduation in light of the implementation of the processes and decisions issued by the higher authorities. On the other hand, science and external parties
This division includes 3 units
recording unit
The function of this unit is as follows
The subject of student admission in all its channels (central admission – direct admission – admission of martyrs’ families – acceptance of the first students – admission within the distinguished channel – acceptance of certified teachers)
Issuing administrative orders for registration and proceeding with admission in light of the university order regarding student admission
Follow up the registration of students and supervise the completion of their personal files
The issue of transferring students, hosting them, and modifying their candidacy according to the minimum limits for admission and according to what their competitive rates qualify them for in the year of their admission
Follow up on everything related to the student (postponement – promotional entry – transit – transfer – hosting – failure)
File unit
The function of this unit is as follows
Keeping and organizing the personal files of our college students and their alphabetical sequences
Keeping student records and documents for preparatory graduates and the medical examination form in their personal files
Keep copies of the summer training issued by our college for all students in their personal files
Keeping and organizing the grade cards for installments and for all stages and for the first and second rounds in their personal files
Archiving alumni files
Keeping a copy of the tuition payment receipts in their personal files
Documentation unit
The function of this unit is as follows
Completing the documents of students graduating from the college after checking them, relying on university orders for graduation (a document with degrees in Arabic and English, without degrees and a mural certificate)
Keeping the basic record (Master Sheet) after it is completed by the administration of the college and departments
Follow-up of study documents for students admitted to the college
The validity of the issuance of the documents of the graduate students
Directing the need to adhere to the timings set by the university for the purpose of checking documents for the preparatory study for students who are centrally admitted to the college
Recording the incoming and outgoing mail to the Division, provided that the work is in an organized and orderly manner
