Suggesting educational plans in partnership with the scientific departments to ensure the achievement of the college’s goals and follow-up on the implementation of the plans laid down and decided in advance
Preparing studies and statistics related to the work of the college, including preparing students and teachers, their specializations, and distributing them to the departments
Studying the development and growth of the college’s business in its various fields and pointing out weaknesses and strengths to take advantage of them
Follow-up and study the creation of departments with the committees assigned to do so, according to the regulations issued by the Ministry
Follow up the implementation of the college’s future prospects, such as its transformation into a university and the construction of additional halls, laboratories, or others
