The electronic exams began at Al Qalam University College at exactly 3 pm on Monday, 15/6/2020, as the supplementary exams included more than 10 scientific departments in the college. The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Ali Makki Saghir personally followed the exams from the beginning until Its completion and with the support of the Central Examination Committee of Al Qalam University College.

With the aim of ensuring the provision of the appropriate atmosphere for students in all scientific departments and addressing any emergency or situation that needs intervention, whether in the technical or scientific aspects.

In order to employ the scientific energies that the college and research centers abound in in the field of computer, communication and information technologies, and invest them in the preparation and preparation processes for electronic exams, holding training workshops, and communicating with the technical ministerial team, Stressing the need to benefit from the experience of electronic exams and study them carefully to come up with a vision through which the positives can be enhanced and the negatives avoided, To take upcoming exams and complete the school year under the critical conditions that Iraq and the world are witnessing.
