The Department of Law at Al-Qalam University College organizes a scientific symposium on (the impact of United Nations organs on the procedures of the Permanent International Criminal Court).
The Department of Law at Al-Qalam University College organized Today, Saturday (6/5/2023), a scientific symposium entitled (The Impact of United Nations Organs on the Procedures of the Permanent International Criminal Court). In the presence of a group of professors, heads of departments and students of the department.
During the scientific symposium, the Head of the Law Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shihab Ahmed, presented the most important procedures of the Security Council regarding referring a case to the International Criminal Court for the four crimes. They are (crimes against humanity, crimes of genocide, war crimes, and crimes of aggression), and there is no problematic matter between the political and judicial authorities.
The lecturer in the Law Department, Dr. Iyad Mahmoud Jassem Al-Daghash, added, Procedural rules and rules of evidence in the International Criminal Court.
